在铝熔化极氩弧焊电弧稳定性研究的基础上,本文对亚射流电弧所具有的“固有自调节作用”的调节灵敏度同外观弧长的关系进行了探讨。研究了“等速送丝—恒流MIG 焊电源”调节系统的技术关键和解决办法,给出了引弧短路补偿器一元化调节理论方程、最佳规范调节曲线和系统的传递函数。研制成功一种恒流带短路补偿的一元化调节可控硅MIG 焊机。通过该机的工艺试验,并与平特性、缓降特性电源进行焊接对比,充分肯定了这种新型调节系统用于焊接铝及其合金的优点。
Based on the research on the arc stability of aluminum fusion arc welding, the relationship between the adjustment sensitivity of “inherent self-regulation” and appearance arc length of sub-jet arc is discussed in this paper. The key technology and solution of “constant speed wire feeding - constant current MIG welding power supply” regulation system are studied. The unified regulation theory of arc starting short circuit compensator, optimal regulation curve and system transfer function are given. Developed a constant current with short circuit compensation of the monolithic regulator MIG welder. Through the machine test, and with flat, slow down characteristic power supply welding comparison, fully affirmed the advantages of this new type of adjustment system for welding aluminum and its alloys.
