十八大将生态文明建设作为建设中国特色社会主义五位一体总布局的重要内容,这是实现人与自然和谐发展的重要举措,具有十分重大的意义。吉林作为全国著名的老工业基地,重工业比重很大,由于过去过度重视工业的发展,而忽视了生态文明的建设,环境保护与资源的合理利用对于整个吉林来说成了一个巨大的挑战。本文以吉林省为例,主要阐述了吉林省支持生态文明建设的财政政策的现状,提出了财政支持吉林生态文明建设的措施。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the building of an ecological civilization as an important part of the overall five-in-one building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is an important measure for the harmonious development of man and nature and has great significance. Jilin Province, as a famous old industrial base in China, has a heavy weight in heavy industry. Due to its over-emphasis on industrial development in the past, Jilin neglected the construction of ecological civilization. The rational use of environmental protection and resources has become a tremendous challenge for Jilin as a whole. This paper, taking Jilin Province as an example, mainly elaborates the status quo of the financial policy in Jilin Province in support of ecological civilization construction and puts forward the measures of financially supporting the construction of ecological civilization in Jilin Province.
