资金用得活与否,直接影响企业搞得活与否——这已是不争的事实。当前,企业资金不活的问题,仍然是困扰企业生产经营、技术进步的难题之一。企业资金不活的原因,不外是:资金管理混乱,资金无端占有,盲目投资,监督不力,乱摊派乱集资和财会人员素质差等。其危害,一影响企业生产经营,二影响企业发展,三影响国家财政。
Whether the funds are used or not, it will directly affect whether the company is alive or not - this is an indisputable fact. At present, the problem of incapability of corporate funds is still one of the problems that plagues the production and operation of enterprises and technological progress. The reasons for the inability of enterprise funds are nothing more than: chaotic fund management, unwarranted appropriation of funds, blind investment, ineffective supervision, undisciplined misappropriation of funds and poor quality of financial personnel.
