流量是压缩机喘振控制的重要参数之一,流量计计量不准,将影响压缩机喘振控制的可靠性和稳定性。通过分析压缩机特性曲线,建立了压缩机喘振控制模型。分析了流量计误差对压缩机喘振控制的影响,结果表明:当流量计正误差较小时,防喘阀不会动作,当正误差较大时,压缩机发生喘振,但喘振控制系统未被激活,从而导致严重后果;当流量计出现负误差时,喘振控制系统激活超前,防喘阀关闭滞后,导致压缩机的运行效率降低。建议对最大相对误差绝对值超过2%的流量计及时更换,以满足压缩机喘振控制要求。
The flow rate is one of the important parameters for compressor surge control. The inaccurate flowmeter will affect the reliability and stability of the compressor surge control. Compressor surge control model is established by analyzing compressor characteristic curve. The effect of flowmeter error on compressor surge control is analyzed. The results show that the surge valve will not operate when the positive error of flowmeter is small. When the positive error is large, the compressor will surge, but the surge control system Is not activated, resulting in serious consequences; when the flowmeter negative error occurs, the activation of the surge control system ahead of the anti-gas valve closing lag, resulting in reduced compressor operating efficiency. It is recommended to replace the flowmeter whose absolute value of maximum relative error exceeds 2% in time to meet the compressor surge control requirements.
