5.4.4感应热处理1)基本概念。感应热处理是用感应电流使关键构件局部加热的表面热处理技术。常用于表面淬火,通过对构件进行加热、冷却等方法,控制相变、微观组织、残余应力等,赋予关键构件极限性能和极限服役性能。与普通热处理相比,感应表面淬火热处理具有很多优点:1不必整体加热,构件畸变小,能源消耗少;2加热速度快,表面精密、清洁,损伤小;3淬硬层的组织细小,可得到隐晶马氏体和残余压应力,硬度提高
