工信部网站2014年10月9日发布《关于贯彻〈罐式车辆生产企业及产品准入管理要求〉的通知》,规定生产普通罐式车辆(A类)产品的企业,按照《专用汽车和挂车生产企业及产品准入管理规则》(工产业[2009]第45号,以下简称《准入规则》)进行管理。《通知》称,自2015年7月1日起,生产承压罐式车辆(B类)产品和常压危险品罐式车辆(C类)产品的企业,必须同时符合《准入规则》和《罐式车辆准入要求》的规定,通过生产准入审查后,方可生产、销售B类和C类罐式车辆产品。
