由于新课程改革背景下对于素质教育阶段的教学要求有一定的改变,随之对应的初中各个学科教学的教学方法和教学手段也在做调整和完善。由于很多学生在初中的学习压力下出现不同程度的偏科现象,但纵使学生的学习方法和学习关注点不同,教师也应给有效的进行教学引导和教学优化,为学生打造良好的课堂学习质量提升的平台,使学生可以在不同形式和不同教学环境下找到符合自己实际发展的学习策略,推动全方位学习素养的提升,推动初中教育工作的合理改革进程。本文主要结合了一些基础性教育工作的教育经验,从如何提升课堂教学质量的角度进行了阐述,希望能够对教育效率的提升有所帮助。
