随着汽轮机发电机组容量的不断增大,蒸汽温度不断的提高,控制系统为了提高动态响应而采用高压控制油,电厂为了防止火灾而采用耐高温的磷酸脂型抗燃油。目前,大型汽轮机电液调节系统的运行管理和抗燃油的运行监督,在我国还是一项新而薄弱的工作,维护和管理方面缺乏统一的规则,如果抗燃油在使用中受到污染而变质,就会影响它的使用性能,机组在运行中经常出现调门突然关闭、调门剧烈摆动等缺陷,甚至对系统和机组造成严重后果。加强抗燃油的科学管理,定期更换滤网,保持再生装置长期投入,控制好油温,油质定期化验,完全可以避免事故的发生。我厂已经摸索出一条新路子,而且取得了良好效果。因此说,加强对抗燃油的监督、维护和管理工作,对延长抗燃油的使用时间和保证设备的安全经济运行都具有重要的意义。

Therefore, to strengthen the supervision, maintenance and management of anti-fuel oil is of great significance to prolonging the service life of anti-fuel oil and ensuring the safe and economical operation of equipment.
