前言最近作者在实验室中,成功地发展了许多加强管外沸腾与冷凝传热的表面。在蒸发器管子上由人工密布的集结点有助于液体在极小温差情况下就开始沸腾。由于在冷凝管上有如(图1(a))所示精巧的突出物而加强了冷凝,这些突出物是由二次相互45度交叉的凿槽工艺所制成的。蒸发器管子表面结构则是简单地把突出物的尘端进行弯曲。如(图1(b))所示,所产生的隧道与细孔提供稳定的蒸汽核心的位置。
Preface Recently in the laboratory, the author successfully developed many surfaces to enhance the heat transfer outside the tube. The buildup of densely packed vapors on the evaporator tubes helps the liquid to start boiling with minimal temperature differences. Condensation is enhanced by the presence of exquisite protrusions such as the one shown in Fig. 1 (a) on the condenser tube, which are made by a crook process that intersects each other at a 45 degree angle. Evaporator tube surface structure is simply to bend the protruding end of the dust. As shown in Figure 1 (b), the resulting tunnels and pores provide a stable steam core location.
