国有企业思政工作属于内部管理的范畴,同时也是国有企业内部党组织、团组织的主要工作内容。强化国有企业思政管理,提升员工整体思想道德水平,能够有效推动国有企业的整体发展,增强国有企业核心凝聚力与竞争力,尤其是在国有企业中,思想工作能够为国有企业开辟出一条更加稳定、和谐的发展通道,使其更好的为国家建设服务。在经济全球化、社会信息化的大背景下,国有企业的思政工作也需要进一步完善和创新,本文针对这个问题进行几方面分析。
The state-owned enterprise’s ideological and political work belongs to the category of internal management and is also the main content of the internal work of the party organizations and mass organizations within the state-owned enterprises.
