一、连续铸造的发展简况在连续铸造的发展过程中,有3种主要的方法,其示意图如图1所示。第1种和第3种方法的特点:凝固的金属沿着静止的、垂直或水平结晶器壁运动;铸锭对于结晶器壁有相对运动。第2种方法是成形的铸锭与结晶器同时运动;它们之间没有相对运动。第1种方法首先在美国得以实现装置化。在这种连续铸造的装置上,对于φ25、50和75mm 直径的铸锭来说,每分钟的拉引速度为150~200mm。
First, the continuous casting of the development profile In the continuous casting of the development process, there are three main methods, the schematic diagram shown in Figure 1. The first and third methods are characterized by solidified metal moving along a stationary, vertical or horizontal mold wall; the ingot has relative motion to the mold wall. The second method is that the shaped ingot and the mold move simultaneously; there is no relative movement between them. The first method was first implemented in the United States. In this continuous casting apparatus, the drawing speed per minute for the φ25, 50 and 75 mm diameter ingots is 150 to 200 mm.
