张家口地区设计的楼房,承重墙圈梁一般设在空心楼板下,非承重墙圈梁顶标高与楼板顶标高一致。圈梁施工是一个影响施工进度的环节,耗用材料、人工多,而且占用工期较长。我们在非承重墙圈梁施工中,采用了钢模板快速脱模法。370墙和240墙支模构造如图1,2。
In the buildings designed in the Zhangjiakou area, the load-bearing wall ring beams are generally set under the hollow floor slabs, and the elevation of the non-load-bearing wall ring beams is the same as the top height of the floor slabs. Ring beam construction is a link that affects the progress of construction. It consumes a lot of materials and labor, and it also has a long duration of occupancy. In the construction of non-load-bearing wall beams, we used the rapid demolding method of steel formwork. 370 wall and 240 wall mold structure shown in Figure 1,2.
