我国首套焦炉气制合成天然气装置近日成功投产,并网输气。该装置年产合成天然气1×108 m3,开辟了我国重污染工业废气制备清洁能源的新途径。焦炉气是一种污染高、易燃爆的工业废气,经过技术研发和加工,我国已可以将这种废气演变为清洁能源。中国化工集团旗下的西南化工研究院研制的焦炉气合成天然气工业装置,可以利用焦炉气净化、甲烷化等专利技术,将焦炉气转化为甲烷浓度大于88%的合成天然气,实现废弃物零排放。该装置近日在山西国新正泰新能源公司成功投产并网输气。山西国新正泰新能源公司董事长唐耀祖说,目前装置运行情况稳
