目的：比较TCu220c和HCu280的临床使用效果，筛选有利于育龄妇女的身心健康、副反应少易于接受的节育器避孕。方法：选择2010年1月——6月来本站放置两种节育器436例的育龄妇女，进行术后定期随访（以B超检查为主）。结果：放置1年内观察，TCu220c出血、疼痛、移位、带器妊娠、因症取出率较高。HCu280副反应少、失败低，续用率高、易于接受。结论：HCu280安全高效，更有利于育龄群众的身心健康。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical effects of TCu220c and HCu280, and to screen contraceptives that are beneficial to women’s health at childbearing age and less likely to have adverse reactions. Methods: A total of 436 women of childbearing age who received two types of IUDs from January to June 2010 were selected for follow-up postoperative follow-up (mainly B-ultrasound). Results: After 1 year of observation, TCu220c had hemorrhage, pain, displacement and pregnancy with the device. HCu280 less side effects, low failure, high renewal rate, easy to accept. Conclusion: HCu280 is safe and effective, which is more conducive to the physical and mental health of people of childbearing age.
