结核性变态反应性关节炎是比较少见的关节疾病。本病在急性型、慢性型和无症状期,可以有不同类型的临床表现,其临床特点为发热、关节炎、结节性红斑等,此症状可见于其他疾病,故容易误诊。我院14例中有11例误诊为风湿性关节炎。例1 患者女,16岁,住院号38236。1979年7月21日因踝关节红肿痛1月余入院。病前2周患上呼吸道感染,2周后双踝关节红肿痛,遇冷、阴天疼痛加重,伴有皮下小结节及小腿红斑,持续1月余入 Tuberculous allergic arthritis is a relatively rare joint disease.
