产后垂体前叶功能减退症(席汉氏病),系因产后大出血、休克,导致垂体前叶缺血性坏死,产生一系列内分泌功能低下的症状和体征。除躯体症状外,亦常引起精神障碍。现将我院收治的12例报告如下,并对其精神障碍的临床表现、诊断和治疗进行讨论。
Anterior pituitary hypofunction (Halle’s disease) is a series of symptoms and signs of endocrine dysfunction due to hemorrhage and shock in the postpartum period, resulting in ischemic necrosis of the anterior pituitary.
