本文介绍了多官能团单体依康酸双烯丙醋对PVC辐射交联的影响。得到了依康酸双烯丙酯不同添加量时的交联G值、a_0/q_0及凝胶化剂量R_g。求得了溶胶分数S与依康酸双烯丙酯添加量M及辐照剂量R之间的关系式为S+S～(1/2)=2.10×10~6/R—1.17×10~(-2)M+1.013。
This article describes the effect of the multi-functional monomer, diallyl itaconate, on PVC radiation crosslinking. The crosslinked G value, a_0 / q_0 and the gelling dose R_g were obtained under different amounts of diallyl itaconate. The relationship between the sol fraction S, the amount of diallyl itaconate M and the irradiation dose R was obtained as follows: S + S 1/2 = 2.10 × 10 -6 / R -1.17 × 10 ~ ( -2) M + 1.013.
