跋涉了一个世纪,改革了几十年的中国音乐教育已经进入了全面发展的历史新时期。而以国民音乐教育改革为标志的80年代中国音乐教育,成绩虽令人瞩目,但在成绩背后似乎使人感到我们的音乐教育改革尚缺乏充分的理论准备和足够的理性思考。随着音乐教育的不断发展,人们对基础音乐教育的认识也在逐步的深化。但我们有必要清醒地认识到,目前我国基础音乐教育体系所存在的诸多不适应时代发展的问题,亟待解决。
Trekking for a century, the reform of the Chinese music education for decades has entered a new era of all-round development. However, despite the remarkable achievements of Chinese music education in the 1980s, marked by the reform of national music education, it seems that people behind behind the achievements find that our music education reform lacks sufficient theoretical preparation and enough rational thinking. With the continuous development of music education, people’s understanding of basic music education is gradually deepening. However, it is necessary for us to clearly realize that at present many problems in our basic music education system that are not suited to the development of the times need to be solved urgently.
