民办幼儿园教师作为我国学前教育师资力量群体中不容忽视的一个组成部分,已经获得了社会广泛的关注,但由于种种原因,民办幼儿园在幼教师资方面却存在有些问题,这些问题对民办幼儿园教师的生存发展产生了影响,本文将存在问题归纳总结为四个部分:师资质量、生存现状、专业发展和职业倦怠,希望通过总结,对民办幼儿园师资问题做一些讨论,并利用这个机会引起一定的关注。
Private kindergarten teachers, as an indispensable component of preschool education teachers in our country, have gained widespread social attention. However, due to various reasons, private kindergartens have some problems in preschool teachers’ teaching. These problems have a negative impact on the survival of private kindergarten teachers This paper summarizes the existing problems into four parts: the quality of teachers, living conditions, professional development and job burnout. We hope to make some discussions about the private kindergarten teachers’ problems through summarizing, and use this opportunity to attract some attention.
