研究了大型储油罐下节点弯矩和转角设计计算中的试算问题。认为试算解法比近似求解法较接近于实际工况,但试算解法在实际设计工作中应用很不方便,计算繁琐,容易出错。指出试算法的核心就是求解能同时满足两个方程的L值,针对这一核心问题,提出了采用最优化理论求解两个方程的新解法,建立了新解法的数学模型。通过实际算例,说明了新解法的实施步骤,并验证了新解法的可行性、科学性和实用性。
The trial calculation problem in the design and calculation of bending moment and rotation angle of a large storage tank is studied. It is considered that the trial calculation method is closer to the actual working condition than the approximate solution method, but the trial calculation method is inconvenient in actual design work, the calculation is cumbersome and error prone. It is pointed out that the core of the trial algorithm is to solve the L value that can satisfy two equations at the same time. Aiming at this core issue, a new solution to solve the two equations by using the optimization theory is proposed and a mathematical model of the new solution is established. The actual example shows the implementation steps of the new solution, and verifies the feasibility, scientificness and practicability of the new solution.
