TA8220H是东芝公司最新开发的低电压、单电源供电的双声道BTL功放集成电路,在8Ω负载下,可以提供2×10W的输出功率,而供电电压仅为13.2V,适合用作汽车音响的大功率输出级。TA8220H内部框图如图1所示。该集成电路内设两组独立的前级放大器和BTL输出级,并设有待机控制端和前级电路退耦滤波器。具有超温和负载短路保护功能。TA8220H散热片允许接末级地,十分方便散热器安装。
The TA8220H is Toshiba’s newly developed low-voltage, single-supply, two-channel BTL power amplifier integrated circuit that delivers 2 × 10W output power at 8Ω with a supply voltage of only 13.2V and is suitable for use as a car audio High-power output stage.
