对市场转型以来性别收入不平等的研究主要围绕四种重要解释机制--人力资本、劳动力市场分割、社会资本以及家庭责任展开。通过文献回顾,文章试图厘清市场转型以来影响着中国劳动力市场的性别收入不平等的核心因素,全面呈现有关性别收入不平等议题的已有研究进展,并提出进一步的研究设想。
Research on inequality of gender income since the market transition mainly centers on four important explanations mechanisms: human capital, labor market segmentation, social capital and family responsibilities. Through reviewing the literature, the article attempts to clarify the core factors that affect the inequality of gender income in the labor market in China since the market transition. It presents the existing research progress on gender inequality and presents further research ideas.
