一、前言遵照伟大领袖和导师毛主席关于“要采用先进技术,必须发挥我国人民的聪明才智大搞科学试验”的教导,本钢二铁厂1974年以来就在高炉上进行富氧鼓风试验,1975年先后在四、五高炉(炉容分別为1070、2000米~3)获得了成功。为了进一步搞清高炉富氧冶炼的规律,着重研究对降低焦比的影响,在厂党委的直接领导下,组成厂内外三结合试验小组,集中力量在四炉进行生产试验。通过各时期试验结果,对照过去四、五高炉富氧鼓风成果,高炉增产尤为显著,焦比在油比不变的情况下,也有不同程度的降低,燃料比降低更为明显,生产质量也有提高。同时经过调查分析,对降低氧气生产成本也是大有希望的。

When the coke ratio is unchanged, the fuel ratio is reduced to some extent, the fuel ratio is reduced more obviously, and the production quality is also improve. At the same time through the investigation and analysis, to reduce the cost of oxygen production is also promising.
