八股文脱胎于宋、元经义,逐步消除论体古文、辞赋与骈文的影响,演变为一种更加纯粹的解经文体。“去古文化”是八股文脱离宋、元经义的第一步:消除论体文特征,强化解经功能,“大讲”成为文章的绝对重心。叙述方式的“程式化”是八股文建构自身文体特征的过程,“扇体”和“股体”的逐步完善标志着八股文发展成为一种独立的新文体。其中,“股体”八股文的一个重要特征是意义单元与结构单元之间一一对应的组合关系,这是八股文区别于宋、元经义最突出的文体特征之一。语体的“排偶化”和文体的“去骈文化”并行不悖,是八股文形成过程中十分独特的文体现象。
The eight-part essay was born in the Song and Yuan Jingyi and gradually eliminated the influence of the classical essays, the ci fu and the armband on the essays. Among them, one important feature of the “stock” essay is the one-to-one correspondence between the unit of meaning and the unit of structure, which is one of the most prominent stylistic features of the eight-part essay. The contradiction between “parochialization” of style style and “culture of exorcism” of stylistic style is a very unique stylistic phenomenon in the process of the formation of the essay writing.
