在现代大型客机系列的设计中,机翼常作为通用模块,在每个型号上使用.针对各个型号因使用任务要求不同而使得对机翼气动特性需求不同的问题,引入设计权重,提出机翼气动特性匹配设计概念,建立了机翼气动特性匹配设计模型.并分析了设计权重的不确定性对机翼气动特性的影响,建立了稳健匹配优化设计模型,最终完成某高亚音速客机系列机翼气动特性稳健匹配优化设计.研究结果表明:与传统优化方法相比,稳健优化设计能够减小飞机系列中机翼在各型号上的气动特性差异,降低了设计权重的不确定性对机翼气动特性的影响,提高了飞机系列的气动性能.
In the design of modern large-scale passenger aircraft series, the wing is often used as a common module, and is used on every model.For each model, the requirements on the aerodynamic characteristics of the wings are different due to different mission requirements, The aerodynamic characteristics matching design concept is established and the aerodynamic characteristics matching design model of the aerofoils is established.The influence of the design weight uncertainty on the aerodynamic characteristics of the aerofoils is analyzed and a robust matching optimization design model is established and finally a high subsonic passenger aircraft series The results show that compared with the traditional optimization method, the robust optimization design can reduce the difference of the aerodynamic characteristics of the airfoils in various aircraft models and reduce the uncertainty of the design weights.
