教学反思是指教师以自己的教学活动过程作为思考对象,通过观察、回顾、诊断等方式,对自己的教学行为、教学决策、教学方法以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析,总结教学经验,思考教学活动中的成绩与不足,并提出改进的对策,以便进一步调整教学,从而使自己成为学者型教师的过程。
Teaching reflection means that teachers use their own teaching activities as the object of reflection. Through observation, review, and diagnosis, they review and analyze their teaching behavior, teaching decisions, teaching methods, and the resulting results, summarizing teaching experience. Thinking about the achievements and deficiencies in teaching activities and suggesting improved countermeasures in order to further adjust the teaching so as to make oneself a scholar-like teacher.
