教学反思是指教师以自己的教学活动过程作为思考对象,通过观察、回顾、诊断等方式,对自己的教学行为、教学决策、教学方法以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析,总结教学经验,思考教学活动中的成绩与不足,并提出改进的对策,以便进一步调整教学,从而使自己成为学者型教师的过程。 Teaching reflection means that teachers use their own teaching activities as the object of reflection.
