淤泽薄氏等实验报道:利用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)与过氧化脂质的主要降解产物丙二醛(MDA)的显色反应来研究丹参注射液对大鼠肝脏过氧化脂质含量的影响,探讨了丹参的保肝机理。结果表明丹参对CCl_4诱导的大鼠肝脏MDA有明显的抑制作用,且随着丹参剂量的增大,对MDA生成的抑制作用逐渐增强。作者认为,丹参对实验性肝损伤的保护机理是通过改善肝脏微循环;改善肝脏在病理情况时的血液流变学状
The experimental report of Yuze Ze et al. used the color reaction of thiobarbituric acid (TBA) and malondialdehyde (MDA), the main degradation product of lipid peroxide, to study the effect of Danshen injection on rat liver lipid peroxide. The effect of content on the hepatoprotective mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The results showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly inhibit the rat liver MDA induced by CCl_4, and with the increase of Salvia miltiorrhiza, the inhibitory effect on MDA production gradually increased. The authors believe that the protective mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza against experimental hepatic injury is through improving the microcirculation of the liver; improving the hemorheology of the liver during pathological conditions
