目的:优选天麻素磷脂复合物的制备工艺,为该成分的开发应用提供参考。方法:采用溶剂挥发法制备天麻素磷脂复合物,以天麻素与大豆磷脂的结合率为指标,结合单因素试验和正交试验进行系统研究,考察了反应时间、温度、溶剂类型、药脂比、天麻素质量浓度等因素对磷脂复合物制备工艺的影响。结果:天麻素磷脂复合物的最佳工艺条件为以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,反应温度40℃,反应时间0.5 h,天麻素与大豆磷脂的投料比1∶2,天麻素质量浓度20 g·L-1,转速100 r·min-1。复合物结合率98.3%。结论:建立的制备工艺稳定可行,可为天麻素的进一步开发利用提供条件。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of gastrodin phospholipid complex and provide reference for the development and application of this component. Methods: Gastrodin phospholipid complex was prepared by solvent evaporation method. The binding rate of gastrodin and soybean phospholipid was used as an index, and single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to systematically study the effects of reaction time, temperature, solvent type, , Gastrodin mass concentration and other factors on the preparation of phospholipid complexes. Results: The optimum conditions of gastrodin phospholipid complex were tetrahydrofuran as reaction solvent, reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 0.5 h, gastrodin and soybean lecithin feed ratio 1: 2, gastrodin 20 g · L- 1, speed 100 r · min-1. Complex binding rate of 98.3%. Conclusion: The established preparation process is stable and feasible, which can provide the conditions for the further development and utilization of gastrodin.
