“王致和”海外商标维权案2007年8月8日,我国百年老字号“王致和”商标被德国OKAI公司抢注案在德国慕尼黑地方法院正式开庭,这是中华老字号首次在海外打响了维权的诉讼战役。
On August 8, 2007, China’s 100-year-old trademark “Wang Zhihe” was officially registered by German OKAI company for trial in the Munich District Court in Germany. This is the first time that the old Chinese brand Litigious campaign of lawsuits started in overseas countries.
