以晚熟桃品种“晚西妃”为试材,研究了果实发育后期外层表面白色蜡、内层黄色蜡质,外层表面褐黑色、内层白色蜡纸,外层表面土黄包色、内层黑色蜡纸3种袋型套袋对其果皮丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明:套袋果实果皮MDA含量升高,同时SOD活性和POD活性也相应有较大提高,说明套袋微域环境对果实发育形成一定胁迫,从而诱导了SOD活性和POD活性的上升;外层表面白色蜡纸、内层黄色蜡纸的果袋处理MDA含量最低,POD活性和SOD活性最高,可减轻套袋胁迫所造成的伤害。
Late-maturing peach cultivar “late-Xi ” was used as experimental material to study the white wax on the outer layer of the late fruit development, the yellow wax in the inner layer, the brown black on the outer surface, the white waxy paper in the inner layer, The effects of three kinds of sacking with inner black stencil bag on the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in peel. The results showed that the content of MDA in bagged fruit was increased, and the SOD activity and POD activity increased correspondingly, which indicated that the bagging micro-environment formed some stress on the fruit development and induced the increase of SOD activity and POD activity. White surface stencil paper, inner yellow stencil bag fruit processing lowest MDA content, POD activity and SOD activity highest, can reduce the damage caused by bagging stress.
