据统计,因精神病态而服毒的精神科急诊患者中,90％以上系服用各类精神药物。及时判明何种精神药物中毒,对于有的放矢地采取急救措施至关重要。迄今对于精神药物中毒的快速鉴定,文献中尚未见报道。我们介绍一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的筛选法,不仅可供定性鉴别,而且可作半定量测定。经近二年的实践,证实本法完全适用于我国目前精神科临床应用。一、仪器和试剂:岛津LC-4A液相色谱仪,联用SPD-2AS检测器。色谱柱,5×150
According to statistics, more than 90% of psychiatric emergency patients who take drugs due to psychosis are taking various psychotropic drugs. Timely to determine what kind of psychotropic drug poisoning, for targeted emergency measures is essential. So far, the rapid identification of psychotropic substance poisoning has not been reported in the literature. We present a simple, rapid and sensitive screening method that not only allows for qualitative identification but also for semi-quantitative determination.
