车型:奔驰新款B200,配置270发动机、7G-DCT双离合变速器。VIN:WDDMH4CB1EN××××××。故障现象:客户投诉车辆ECO启停功能不能使用,仪表不能显示ECO的功能图标,其他一切正常。故障诊断:接车后试车,果不其然ECO功能不能使用。正常的行驶条件下,车辆踩制动踏板时发动机不能正常的停止,仪表也没有像正常的车辆那样显示ECO绿色的图标。发动机、变速器运行一切正常。
