随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,人们对建筑质量有了更深层的认识,国家对人居环境和建筑质量也有更高要求,对建筑物墙体的结构和裂缝控制也更加严格。《建筑法》规定:“建筑工程峻工时,屋顶、墙面不得有渗漏、开裂等质量缺陷;对已发现的质量缺陷,建筑施工企业应当修复。”墙体裂缝是不容回避和必须解决的重大问题。本文以工程实践为基础,结合理论知识进行探讨、研究,同时对墙体裂缝的主要成因和危险性以及处理方法进行分析。
