文章分别研究了官厅水库起作用前和起作用后,永定河下游的水流过程,输沙过程以及河床演变过程。水库下泄清水沿程冲刷之结果,含沙量沿程递增,约到金门闸附近复趋饱和,自此向下转而沿途淤积。立垡鹅房段河床粗化过程正急剧进行,而在芦沟桥以上,粗化过程已经完成。清水只能刷滩不能淤滩的结果,使老滩大量冲失,临水堤段也加长了。金门闸以下河道流势已趋稳定而集中。主要“节点”在水库修建后未有改变。水库为下游防汛作出了很大贡献,但在水库非正常运用期间,下游防汛工作也曾出现一些新情况。文章认为:应当把水库非正常运用时与正常运用时所出现的情况分别开来。
The paper studies the water flow process, sediment transport process and riverbed evolution process of the lower reaches of Yongding River before and after the operation of Guanting Reservoir. The reservoir discharges the result of flushing along the clear water and the sediment concentration increases along the course of the floodgate. Riga erect section of the river bed roughening process is rampant, and in the Lugou bridge above, the roughening process has been completed. Water can only brush beach can not muddy beach results, a large number of Los Beach loss, waterfront embankment also lengthened. Golden Gate following the trend of the river has become stable and concentrated. The main “nodes” have not changed since the reservoir was built. The reservoir has made a great contribution to flood control in the downstream, but during the non-normal operation of the reservoir, some new situations have also appeared in flood control work of the downstream area. The article thinks: It should be the abnormal use of the reservoir and the normal operation of the situation emerged separately.
