People with a little health knowledge know that iron is good for your health. But copper is harmful to the human body, or useful, they can not help but suspect. Therefore, the ancient and modern scholars research results, excerpts below, for reference. In 1896, Filehne heated sodium and protein compounds with copper sulfate to make copper-containing proteins called Cupratin. Then, the compound was fed on a large number to cats and dogs. The result was vomiting but no pathological changes in the liver No signs of anemia. Ninety-eight percent of the copper compounds absorbed are excreted in the excrement. Later, another two scholars tested the same, the results obtained the same. According to Filehne’s results from the test of the cucurbit protein, the amount of copper absorbed by people in the diet, no more than half a gram per day, is never significantly affected. In 1918 Huber studied the reaction of amino acid copper salts. He used various methods to feed guinea pigs - subcutaneously, intramuscularly, and swallowed in the mouth - and for chronic poisoning guinea pigs, the results were negative.
