本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了白芷中生物活性成分欧芹属素乙的含量。该法分离度好,灵敏度高,平均回收率达99.2%;且方法简便,分析快速,结果准确,可用予白芷生药的质量评价。 In this paper, the content of the biologically active ingredient parsley B in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was determined by RP-HPLC. The method has good resolution, high sensitivity, and an average recovery rate of 99.2%. The method is simple, rapid, and accurate. It can be used to evaluate the quality of the crude drug.
