报道了用HPLC法测定银杏叶粉针中黄酮醇糖苷含量的方法.测定的三种黄酮醇糖苷元与外标物之间的相对校正系数分别为1.00,1.05,0.95;后两者变异系数分别为0.52%,0.94%.考察了本方法的重现性,变异系数为2.1%.测定了总黄酮醇糖苷的回收率为100.3%,变异系数为3.02%.
A method for the determination of flavonol glycosides in Ginkgo biloba needles by HPLC was reported. The relative calibration coefficients of the three flavonol glycosidic elements and the external standard were 1.00, 1.05 and 0.95, respectively. The coefficients of variation of the two flavonol glycoside aglycone and the external standard were 0.52% and 0.94% respectively. The reproducibility of this method was investigated with a coefficient of variation of 2.1%. The recovery rate of total flavonol glycosides was 100.3% and the coefficient of variation was 3.02%.
