我国著名财务学家黄菊波教授,1930年7月生于上海市川沙县。1950年上海立信会计专科学校毕业,先在东北大区财政部门工作,1955年调财政部工作至今。1956年财政部首办财政研究班,他入研究班深造,于1958年毕业。1982年晋升为研究员,1986年起任博士研究生导师。现为财政部财政科学研究所副所长。中国财政学会常务理事、中国成本研究会副会长、中国财政学会企业财务研究会副会长、中国计划学会理事、中央财政金融学院等多所院校兼
Professor Huang Jubo, a famous financial scientist in China, was born in Chuansha County, Shanghai in July 1930. Shanghai Lixin Accounting College graduated in 1950, first in the northeast regional finance department, transferred to the Ministry of Finance 1955 so far. In 1956 the Ministry of Finance organized the first finance seminar, he entered a research class, graduated in 1958. He was promoted to a researcher in 1982 and a doctoral tutor in 1986. Now Deputy Director of the Ministry of Finance Institute of Finance. Executive director of China Institute of Finance, vice president of China Cost Research Association, vice president of Enterprise Finance Research Society of China Institute of Finance, member of China Planning Society, central finance institute and many other institutions
