国有企业项目部党组织,是国有企业最基层的党组织,是贯彻党的路线方针政策和企业各项任务的具体组织者和实施者,是确保项目生产经营任务完成的坚强保证,作为国有企业经营创效的最基本单位工程项目经理部,无论是施工生产还是经营管理,无论是创品牌铸精品还是保工期抢节点,都离不开项目党组织的战斗堡垒和党员的先锋模范作用,新的历史时期,怎样做好项目党建思想政治工作,充分发挥基层党组织的作用,笔者谈谈粗浅看法。
