丙烯酸树脂塑料义齿折断在活动义齿修复中一直是未解决的问题,主要是材料本身的问题。应研制弯曲强度更大的基托材料。在新材料没有出现的情况下,作者对97例上颌总义齿折断患者重新修复,经1~5年临床观察证明,本文报告的方法对预防上颌总义齿折断有效。现介绍如下。 1 临床资料:1987年~1991年。修复105例上颌总义齿的患者,均有基托折断病史。男51例、女54例、年龄最小者49岁,最大者78岁。修复后定期复查者97例。
