地球深部物质组成、结构及其动力过程研究是当今固体地球科学中的前沿与生长点之一。在地质演化进程中,由于不同源(力源、热源等)的作用使得地球本体错综复杂。大尺度以及中小尺度上,地球内部结构的形态、性质、类型变化很大,地下介质物理与化学属性的不均一性、非线性以及各向异性广泛存在,诸如此类,使得地球深部研究呈为一庞大的复杂系统。本文从深部地球物理研究的反射、折射探测、层析成象以及有关复杂介质理论研究成果入手,简要地阐述地球深部研究中业已存在的多种复杂现象,并对这些复杂问题的解决提出了相应的建议。
