思想政治工作是企业尤其是国有企业经济工作和其他一切工作的思想保障。充分发挥思想政治工作的积极作用,是构建和谐劳动关系的基本要求之一。随着劳动关系的急剧变革和调整,企业思想政治工作在职工价值、归属感及工作机制等方面面临严重挑战。我们必须从以人为本、和谐文化、企业的社会责任、健全工作机制、发挥企业党委、工会的优势等方面采取多种路径来做好企业尤其是国有企业的思想政治工作。
Ideological and political work is the ideological guarantee for the economic work and all other work of enterprises, especially of state-owned enterprises. To give full play to the positive role of ideological and political work is one of the basic requirements for building a harmonious labor relations. With the drastic changes and adjustments in labor relations, the ideological and political work in enterprises faces serious challenges in terms of employee value, sense of belonging and working mechanism. We must take a variety of paths from the perspective of people-oriented, harmonious culture, social responsibility of enterprises, sound working mechanism, giving full play to the advantages of enterprise party committees and trade unions to do ideological and political work in enterprises, especially in state-owned enterprises.
