近几年来,笔者亲历了通州区统计系统从撤科建所,到人员扩充,再到新办公楼的搬迁。我们的每一步无不体现出统计的地位和功能不断得到社会认可,各级领导和社会各界对统计工作重要性的认识也越来越高。各界对统计工作的新期望新要求,也使得我们统计人的责任越来越重。笔者认为,做好统计工作,尤其是基层统计工作,当有“五心五意”。 In recent years, I witnessed the Tongzhou District statistical system from the withdrawal of Kechuo, to personnel expansion, relocation to the new office building. At every step of our way, we can see that the status and function of statistics are continuously recognized by the society. Leaders at all levels and all sectors of society have become more and more aware of the importance of statistical work. New expectations and expectations of all sectors of statistics have also made our statisticians more and more responsible. In my opinion, do a good job in statistical work, especially at the grassroots level statistics, when there is “five hearts and five intentions.”
