邮票,作为与家人、朋友互致问候的一种“凭证”,常常唤起我们美好的回忆。而当那方寸之地描绘的是水利水电事业时,我们水利职工就会倍感亲切,邮票也就显得格外珍贵。 新中国成立以来,邮电部已发行水利邮票40余枚,同时发行了10余种有关水利的首日封、纪念封、邮资封或邮资明信片。除此以外,各地邮局近几年还启用了许多水利风景日戳。这些风景日戳以本地特有的著名水利水电工程为题材,反映着水利与当地人民生活的密切关系。 一张邮票或邮封的发行常常是一次重大历史事件的反映或标志,欣赏水利邮票,同时也是欣赏当代水利的缩影。 珠江水利委员会离休干部任明同志多年来系统地搜集了水利邮票、邮封和十几种邮戳。本刊在本期封二、封三刊出其中的邮票,并在此作简略的集邮介绍,以飨读者。
Stamps, as a kind of “voucher” for greetings with family and friends, often arouse our good memories. And when that square depicts the cause of water conservancy and hydropower, our water conservancy workers will feel more cordial, stamps will become extraordinarily precious. Since the founding of New China, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has issued over 40 pieces of water conservancy stamps and issued more than 10 first day seals, memorial seals, postage envelopes or postage postcards for water conservancy. In addition, many water conservancy landscapes have been launched in various post offices in recent years. These landscape diaries are famous themes of local well-known water conservancy and hydropower projects, reflecting the close relationship between water conservancy and the life of local people. The distribution of a stamp or postal seal is often a reflection or emblem of a major historical event, an appreciation of water conservancy stamps, and a microcosm of contemporary water conservancy. Comrade Ren Ming, a retired cadre of the Pearl River Conservancy, has systematically collected water conservancy stamps, postal seals and dozens of postmarked stamps over the years. This issue is sealed in the current issue of two, seal three published one of the stamps, and here for a brief philatelic introduction to readers.
