社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健队伍是妇幼保健四级网络的中间枢纽,是我国基层妇幼保健工作的重要支撑体系,社区中妇幼保健人员是妇幼保健工作的操作者和执行者[1],承担着孕产妇和儿童2个系统保健管理的重要职责。2012年12月湖州市妇幼保健院对全市各乡镇社区卫生服务中心现从事妇幼保健工作人员的状况开展调查,现报告如下。
Community health service center Maternal and child health care team is an intermediate hub of the four-level network of MCH and an important support system for grass-roots MCH work in our country. MCH staff in the community are the operators and implementers of MCH work [1] Maternal and child care system 2 important responsibility of health management. In December 2012, Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital conducted a survey on the status of MCH health workers in the township community health service centers in the city. The report is as follows.
