目的:观察特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者外周血中瘦素(Lp)和可溶性瘦素受体(sLR)水平的变化,探讨Lp和sLR的临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测26例ITP患者及24名健康献血员的血清Lp和sLR的水平。结果:①ITP患者平均血清Lp水平为(20.8±8.2)μg/L,明显高于健康对照者的(6.2±2.9)μg/L,P<0.05;②ITP患者平均血清sLR水平为(13.5±6.4)μg/L,与正常对照组(22.7±5.4)μg/L相比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ITP患者血清Lp及sLR水平存在异常,可能在ITP的发病机制中发挥了一定的作用,值得进一步探讨。
Objective: To observe the changes of leptin (Lp) and soluble leptin receptor (sLR) in peripheral blood of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and to investigate the clinical significance of Lp and sLR. Methods: The levels of serum Lp and sLR in 26 patients with ITP and 24 healthy blood donors were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: ① The average serum Lp level in patients with ITP was (20.8 ± 8.2) μg / L, significantly higher than that in healthy controls (6.2 ± 2.9) μg / L, P <0.05; ② The mean serum sLR level in patients with ITP was (13.5 ± 6.4) μg / L, compared with the normal control group (22.7 ± 5.4) μg / L, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are abnormal levels of serum Lp and sLR in patients with ITP, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of ITP and deserve further discussion.
