高校工会是高校教职员工的家园,是高校党政组织联系群众的桥梁和纽带。高校工会宣传工作是党的宣传工作的重要组成部分,承担着把国事、校事、家事与大家分享的任务,同时也承担着展示家人在讲台上的照人光彩、工作上的迷人风采,生活中的怡人色彩的任务。如何把这两项任务落实好,必须促进形成学校“以教职员工为本”和教职员工“以学校为家”的合力,达成合意、合益的融合。结合浙江海洋学院工会宣传工作的实践,笔者略陈己见。 College unions are the home of college faculty and staff members and are the bridges and ties between the party and government organizations in universities.
