目的 探讨层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在滋养细胞肿瘤的发生及侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测 15例葡萄胎、6例侵蚀性葡萄胎和 6例绒毛膜癌组织中层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白的表达状况。结果 葡萄胎、层粘连蛋白在绒毛上皮基膜呈强阳性表达 ,在间质呈阳性表达 ;纤维粘连蛋白在绒毛间质内呈阳性表达。侵蚀性葡萄胎和绒毛膜癌 ,层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在细胞浆中呈强阳性表达 ,在细胞间质内呈弱阳性或阴性表达。结论 层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白的分布及表达强度的变化与滋养细胞肿瘤的侵袭转移有关。
Objective To investigate the role of laminin and fibronectin in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of trophoblastic tumors. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of laminin and fibronectin in 15 cases of hydatidiform mole, 6 cases of aggressive moles and 6 cases of choriocarcinoma. Results Hydatidiform mole and laminin were strongly expressed in the villous epithelial basement membrane and expressed positively in the interstitium. Fibronectin was positively expressed in the villous stroma. Invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma, laminin and fibronectin were strongly positive in cytoplasm and weakly or negatively expressed in interstitial cells. Conclusion The changes of the distribution and intensity of laminin and fibronectin are related to the invasion and metastasis of trophoblastic tumors.
