为了大力发展我国的电视教育,国务院决定给教育部门一个卫星电视转发器,于一九八六年七月一日开始试播,十月一日正式播出,广播电影电视部在分米波电视覆盖网规划中,给教育安排一套电视频道。这是落实中央关于教育体制改革决定的一项重要决策,是适合我国国情,发展大面积、远距离教育的有效措施,为我国电视教育事业开辟了广阔的前景。现就开展这项工作的有关事宜通知如下: 一 In order to vigorously develop China’s television education, the State Council decided to give the education sector a satellite television transponder, which began its pilot broadcast on July 1, 1986 and was officially broadcast on October 1, radio, film and television department in the coverage of the decimeter television Network planning, to education arrangements for a television channel.
