以探明银杏枝条的生长机理为目的,用茎尖培养的方法,研究了植物生长调节剂对银杏茎尖生长分化的影响。结果表明:① 萘乙酸( N A A)促进银杏茎尖伸长生长和叶片分化,随 N A A 浓度增加其作用增强,在 N A A 为 01 m g/ L 时茎尖长度为对照的 147 倍,分化叶数为对照的 262 倍,茎尖干重为对照的 645 倍。② 玉米素( Z T)抑制银杏茎尖生长,随着 Z T 浓度增加,其抑制效应增强,在 Z T 浓度为 1 m g/ L时,其茎尖长度为对照的 5551% 。③ 赤霉素( G A3 )对银杏茎尖伸长生长和叶片分化没有促进作用,但随着 G A3 浓度提高,茎尖干物质增加。④ 在 N A A 与 Z T 综合处理区,当 N A A≤001 m g/ L 时, Z T 抑制银杏茎尖生长,当 N A A 达到 01 m g/ L时,转而促进茎尖生长。
In order to explore the growth mechanism of ginkgo shoots, the shoot tip culture method was used to study the effects of plant growth regulators on the shoot apical ginkgo growth differentiation.
